Dana received her Doctorate at the City University of New York in the Speech and Hearing Sciences and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from St. John’s University in Queens, New York. Dana is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist and Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped in New York State. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Adelphi University. Dana has also worked as a Clinical Coordinator of Outreach Services at the Eden II/Genesis Program. She is a past president of the Long Island Speech Language Hearing Association. She is a black belt in Kempo Martial Arts.
